SimpleTourneyManager poker tournament management software makes setting up and running well-designed Texas Hold'em poker tournaments quick and easy.
This software is different from every other poker tournament clock, timer or manager in it's ability to take you from thinking about how to set up a tourney to running it ... in minutes.
Once you have your poker tournament structure defined, use the built-in poker tournament clock to display all the information necessary to run the tournament.
Simply put, it's by far the quickest and easiest way to organize and run a Texas Hold'Em tournament. And it's only $10, which includes any future updates!
Higher-end programs will set up a blinds schedule for you ... but don't be surprised when you find yourself trying to get your chipset to match their blinds schedule, despite paying a lot more money for their program. And DEFINITELY plan on spending a significant amount of time learning your way around these programs. They have some interesting features, but they take a significant amount of time to learn and setup.
It doesn't have to be this way! With SimpleTourneyManager, the tournament blinds schedule is adjusted to fit your chips and it's extremely easy to use. The screenshot above shows the Setup screen where you enter all the required information (buyin, maximum number of players, poker chips available, etc...). With all of the inputs on a single screen, you see how each change you make affects everything else. For example, when you change the number of players, you will immediately see how it affects the length of your poker tournament. Try it out now by downloading the free version.
Whether you want to emulate the structure of the WSOP, WPT, an on-line Sit-N-Go, one of the homepokertourney.com schedules, or a tournament structure of your own, the final schedule can be automatically adjusted to match the chips you have available...with a simple click of the mouse. You can also let the program create a gradually increasing blinds schedule for you automatically. You just specify the starting chipstack in terms of multiples of the starting big blind and whether you want the starting blinds to be automatically calculated or user-specified.
But don't assume this program is just about setting up a blinds schedule. It also automatically:
- Estimates the tournament duration,
- Determines the payouts,
- Times the game (displays chips in use, blinds, next blinds, and pertinent messages),
- Sounds an alarm with a minute left and at the end of each round, and
- Notifies you when it's time to color-up.
SimpleTourneyManager handles virtually every aspect of setting up and managing a texas hold'em poker tournament automatically. But it also allows you to over-ride virtually any aspect of the poker tournament structure with your own values. The automatic values can also be restored with a variety of 'reset' functions, so feel free to experiment all you want.
SimpleTourneyManager can use any sound (wav format) file you want for the 1 minute warning (stm-notify.wav) and for the end of round alarm (stm-alarm.wav). There are 2 sound files included with the free version download. Note: Excel for Mac does not support playing of sound files. No sound files are included in the Mac version.
