Dennis built a big lead early and ran over the competition with his big stack, recording 6 knockouts before getting heads-up with Eric. Eric started the heads-up battle way behind, but fought his way into a slight lead. He quickly dismissed the idea of chopping the pot moments before losing an all-in hand that appeared to cripple him. He wasn't done, though. After a total of 30 minutes of heads-up play, Eric and Dennis were dead even in chips and chopped the pot.

J9 knocked out 6 out of 10 of his competitors -- the last 4 in a matter of 13 minutes -- on his way to victory in game #2. Dennis eeked out a 2nd place finish after coming to the final table very short-stacked. Blind levels were reduced to 14 minutes per level for this game.
