Tournament Setup

Once I have loaded a saved tournament setup (or per the last one I was working on when I last closed the program), it would be nice to have the name of that setup displayed somewhere - perhaps even in the window title bar at the top.

To go along with this, it would be nice to also display the name of the corresponding loaded blinds schedule and pay table.

Will give it a try in build #6 and see how it looks. If it's not too busy, I'll include it.

Ok. Here's is an example of how it's useful:
You have several pre-loaded tournament setups. The chip colors, quantities, sounds, screen colors, etc. for these are according to your presets. The chip colors and quantities for my chipset are different, as well as my desired default settings for sounds, colors, etc. If I knew which blind structure and paytable was being used with each of your tournament setups, it would be easy to update to match my custom settings:
1. Load one of my custom tournament setups with my chip colors, quantities, sounds, colors, etc.
2. Load the blinds structure and paytable that corresponds to your pre-loaded setup.
3. Change the buy-in, max players, and chip count to match the pre-loaded setup.
4. Overwrite the pre-loaded tournament setup with these new custom settings.
That's a lot easer than manually changing each pre-loaded setup with all my custom defaults for chip colors, quantities, sounds, colors, etc.

After loading a tournament setup, the name disappears from the Window title bar if I switch to a different program and then back to STM.

Thanks. I'll get that fixed.

Implemented in build #9 (note: the tournament name won't show up the first time you run the program in build #9, but it should from then on).
