FIRST-TIME INSTALLATIONS: 
(Includes most recent, up-to-date build.)
- Download the Windows Installer File (.msi) file to your computer by clicking the "Download" button above and choosing "Save", or choose "Run" to install it without downloading the file.
- Navigate to the downloaded file and double-click on it to begin the installation.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
- Run the program via the Start menu or the desktop icon.
UPDATING FROM BUILD #1 or 2: 
- Perform steps 1 through 4 above, making sure that you install to the folder containing your existing "SimpleTourneyManager2.XLS" file. Don't worry, the file containing your data will not be overwritten, nor will any custom sound files or images.
- Open the above "SimpleTourneyManager2.xls" file.
- Click "Yes" when asked whether or not you want to restore.
- Click "OK" to allow the file to be saved over. This will make your old file, which contains your customizations, selections, registration info, etc... the one that will be used when you start the program from the Start menu or desktop.
UPDATING FROM BUILD #3 OR HIGHER: 
- Download and save the update file to your computer.
- If you have SimpleTourneyManager open, close it.
- Open the update file.
- If macros are enabled, a confirmation dialog will appear asking if it's ok to apply the update. Click OK.
- If macros are not enabled, you will need to enable them to proceed.
- Click OK to allow the existing addin file to be overwritten.
- You should get a final confirmation dialog stating that the update was successfully installed.
- Start the program as you normally would.

- Fixed bug that caused incorrect build number to be displayed in previous version (showed 11 instead of 12) and caused auto update feature to incorrectly notify that an update was available.

- Moved page navigation tabs to bottom of screen for improved look and less mouse movement during a tournament
- New feature: Print blinds schedules, seating charts and tournament reports (Excel 2007 users: prints to PDF; others: opens in print preview mode)
- New feature: Added sound events for first out, busted out on the bubble, and busted out in the money
- Corrected the income report. Total income is now shown, as well as total payouts (overrides are properly handled) and net income.
- New feature: Added new functionality for House Overlays. You can enter either a fixed overlay amount or a guaranteed first place payout amount (the overlay amount is then variable). Of course, you can disable overlays altogether as well.
- New feature: Freerolls for buyins now work properly. Just enter 0 for the buyin amount.
- Improved flow of program for buyins, bustouts, rebuys, etc... Dialog boxes stay open while confirmation dialogs are opened instead of closing, then re-opening after the confirmation is closed. Results in less screen flashing.
- Added double-click functionality when selecting players for bustout, rebuy, etc...

- On confirmation of a buyin, the user has the option to assign a seat manually

- Some players can be seated manually, while leaving others for random seating, so dealers, handicapped players, etc... can be accommodated
- New feature: Incremental seating (seats only those players who haven't already been assigned a seat)

- Fixed bug. Break time no longer included in Poker Tournament Formula calculations (patience factor, skill level).

- Fixed bug. Text of blinds text on timer was not scaling properly. Fixed and improved.

- Implemented recommendation re: closing Excel. You'll still get the "do you want to save" message, but it won't really matter if you say yes or no. Closing STM closes the instance of Excel.
